Why did we decide NOT to have FAMOUS brands??

Today I want to explain to you, especially to those who don't know us, or have only recently known us, WHY we are the least "fashionable" shop there is and why we are proud of it.

Why do I say this??
Because, very often, mothers who don't know us yet, the first thing they ask is which brands we have in the store.

Now starting from the fact that there are dozens and dozens of brands, it is clear that we cannot know them all, so I ask you the question: "in your opinion the brand is a guarantee of quality, or rather it is a guarantee of pediatric and physiological footwear that guarantees healthy growth of the foot??

At the beginning I believed so too, I have to be honest, in fact in the shop I had the most famous and renowned "brands" of children's shoes and a couple of completely unknown brands which I must tell the truth I had chosen a bit to please the representative and a partly because I liked the project behind that type of shoe.

As time passed, however, as my passion for this job grew (don't forget that I am first and foremost a mother of two children) and I studied the child's foot, its characteristics and above all its needs, I realized that something wasn't right. Furthermore, many mothers told me that their impressions of "famous brands" were not always positive.

On the contrary, I noticed that unknown companies were slowly gaining authority and I noticed this from the fact that mothers came back and asked for another pair of that brand and other mothers came by WORD OF MOUTH.

So by looking closely at the two types of footwear, I noticed one thing: the famous brand, perhaps under pressure due to its notoriety, has over time compromised with the market which, unfortunately, winks too much at aesthetics and not to the substance; and therefore to become more beautiful they had to sacrifice substance in terms of: materials, shapes, soles, flexibility, production.

Since then, I decided to choose shoes NOT based on the brand, but based on the fact that they were companies specializing only in children's shoes and making sure that those shoes had the famous 3 characteristics that make a children's shoe a child's shoe.

All this was possible thanks to the fact that I have always refused to sell "passively" based on the number, the brand; but I do it by asking questions, doing real consultancy which leads me to recommend one model rather than another.

Now mothers no longer ask me what brand that shoe is because they trust me and, indeed, now they too know how to recognize "good" shoes, while new mothers, after the consultation, do not need to ask the brand because they have understood that the choice goes further.

By the way, do you want to know a new brand that will join the Primi Passi Calzature family next season?? Froddo, write down this name, it will give you great satisfaction!!

SUMMARY:

1) If you are FASHION Moms for whom the most important thing for you is fashion, aesthetics or the brand of the moment, this is not the right shop for you.
DO NOT ask me what brands we have because even if I tell you, 9/10 you don't know them.
2) The famous brand is not always a guarantee of quality and pediatric footwear.
3) You will therefore not find Balducci, Primigi, Geox (famous brands, but of little pediatric substance)

But ultimately, do you really need to know if that shoe still has all the characteristics of a real children's shoe and above all allows your child's foot to grow in a healthy and natural way??

Because in the end...that's all that matters!
